Sometimes we need to back away from problems and stress and put our energy into something positive. There is a direct correlation between living a satisfying life and being healthy. When you do something you enjoy, even for a small segment of time, it will make you feel fulfilled and more satisfied with your life. How do you get away from it all? Painting, playing an instrument, reading, no matter what you enjoy, take time to embrace life’s pleasures.

Some hobbies can help get you in better physical shape, such as: biking, playing a sport, dancing, healthy cooking, gardening, running, weight lifting, martial arts, surfing, yoga, and rock climbing.
