Only Kindness Matters

When is the last time you helped someone without expecting anything in return? If you wish you could say more often, then consider committing acts of kindness and the benefits of feeling good in return.

What Counts As Kindness? A simple smile, compliment or a thank you that’s an act of genuine care and thoughtfulness for another person. Kinds acts don’t have to cost a penny or take a lot of time.

What You Put Out Comes Back To You: Being kind to others strengthens our connections with other people and builds a support network where we may be more likely to get support in return when we need it.

Be Considerate and Thoughtful of Others: To be kind we have to be aware of the people around us and pay attention to their needs and feelings.

Want to feel good? Do something kind for a stranger, co-worker, family member or friend. Giving is good for you and releases endorphins in the brain to boost happiness for us and the people we help!
