Spend Time OUTSIDE

If there was one thing that you could do to boost your happiness, health and creativity, would you do it? You guessed it! Step outside and surround yourself in nature to feel good every day. Spending your time in nature vs. man made environments does make a difference when it comes to empathy and love, versus fear, stress and feelings of stability.

TRY THESE TIPS TO FIT THE OUTDOORS INTO YOUR DAILY ROUTINE:

  • At work, take your lunch outside. Choose a natural setting like a grassy courtyard and get a dose of sun.
  • Take a walk in a garden or plant your own to enjoy. Even if it's just a few flowers in pots on the patio.
  • Weekends, make it a point to escape the stresses of daily life with a hike in the woods or a walk in the park.
